For me, the surgery has been life changing. I feel way more confident. I've become more sociable and have started to look after after myself more.

This is the best thing I've done for myself. Recovery was long and painful (I had 2 procedures together) but worth it. Its had a positive effect on my confidence. I can wear clothing I couldn't wer before. I get so many compliments. All this has prompted me to look after myself more.
